The NZ police are trying to trace the psycho-children; strangely they suspect this may be the start of something more serious and would like to nip it in the bud.

That kind of cruelty is usually a sign of more serious things to come. May the kittens rise and exact vengeance. The world needs some ass-kickin' kittens.
